Palm Coast, FL – Alexandra Gazzoli of Palm Coast, FL, signed a National Letter of Intent today to play for the FSU Women’s Golf Team. She will be joining 3 other top prospects starting school in the fall of 2024.
Alexandra has been a student of Anne Cain since she was 8 years old. Highlights of her junior career include qualifying for the finals of the Drive, Chip, and Putt Championship at Augusta National Golf Club; finishing in the top 3 every year of the Florida State High School Girls Golf Championship – and winning the title in 2022; winning the AJGA Sung Hyun Park Junior Championship; qualifying for the 2021 USGA Girls Championship; qualifying for the 2022 USGA Women’s Amateur Championship; and capturing the 2023 Florida Women’s Stroke Play Championship.
“It has been a lifelong dream of mine to play golf for Florida State,” said Gazzoli. “I am so fortunate to be a part of the woman’s golf program and to work with Coach Bond and her amazing coaching staff. It is an honor to play for Florida State and I am so excited to be part of the team.”
